I had a big (probably 100m2) apartment in Shenzhen and even that didn't have a bathOh I wish.
Tin Shui Wai for me but the apartment I live in is very spacious for HK and a bargain too.

My apartment is about 700m2. Love the space. Comes from growing up in Aberdeenshire/Speyside.
I can see Shenzhen from my front room window. On a clear day.
