I know some of you are very clever, so I wonder if someone could help:

I have an Access Database, which I have to use because I have forms and sub-forms (I've tried various things like google forms and smartsheets but they do not allow the use of sub-forms AFAIK). I'd like a colleague to be able to read/write/edit the database at the same time as me. We cannot use a shared drive because we work in different hospitals and the drives aren't connected. We do have an NHS account within Google Hub but I'm not sure this supports it.

Is there any other (free) way for 2 people to work on a remote Access database?

Thanks in advance

Remote? On a file share ("mapped drive")? If so then Access Databases can be "split" so that the data is central but the form definitions are local.

Thank you both, I shall look into this further. It still seems like the network location will be the issue, as I don't think we have a shared host we can use (apart from google hub). MS Powerapps doesn't seem to support Access yet? This should be a job for our Data Manager, but unfortunately she does not like managing data
