MTB/hybrid

Hi peeps, I'm after a MTB or hybrid for a youth.....my 10y/o is very close to growing out of his 24"MTB so I'm looking for a small 26" or a hybrid 46-48/xs frame size.

It doesn't have to be immaculate just not battered and mechanically sound,
NW area(pref 20-30 miles from Rochdale).
