I'm after some mud guards for my commute as i'm sick of getting muddy water up my back & all over my face !!
I know the rear guard is fairly straight forward but i'm not sure about the front, My bike is a Spesh Crosstrail with front suspension & disc brakes .......Any suggestions please ?

Thanks

To stop mud going in your face, about the only way (and it's ok as it's free!) with front suspension is to cut an old inner tube down and cable-tie it in the gap between the fork legs and over the wheel.

Or you could Spend £12 and get something similar from Wiggle.

Thanks for that Norm, I've just checked out the reviews on wiggle & it seems to do a fantastic job.....I can see one of these little babies being put onto my bike very soon......then I'll just need a rear & a down tube guard & I'll be ready for anything ha ha
Thanks again.

I haven't seen that one in particular. The only ones I have seen in use are, as I described, a cut up inner tube held on with cable ties which seem to work well and have a certain agricultural quality to them. :becool:
