Mud guards for hybrid

I'm looking for a set of mudguards for my hybrid that don't look too grandad ish (no offence OP's) any suggestions????

SKS Blumels are decent, I have some on the CX bike and they look fine.

Thought they'd look a little silly but the LBS had the same bike with these fitted for another fella and they looked pretty good!

SKS chromoplastics are amazing although a little tricky to fit to some bikes.
