muddy fox mtb spd shoes size 8

I was given these a while back but for some reason they rub my feet , i do have hard skin on the outside of my foot because i wear work boots all day and these shoes catch the hard spot .
More of a summer shoe as the mesh is very breathable unless you have soem really good overshoes i would not go out in them this time of year .
No cleats sorry , they take standard MTB 2 bolt cleats .

Standard shoe size. i have wide feet and they fit me fine , i normally have to go a size up with branded shoes but these are like normal shoes you would buy in a shop rather than cycle shoes.
