When I worked in a factory we used to move heavy loads inside trailers using a hand pallet truck. Our fork lift driver used to put the pallets just inside the trailer and then they would be moved up the trailer by someone else.
One time, the truck driver had decoupled his truck and gone off to pick up another load elsewhere. leaving a trailer behind for us to load.
The man doing the loading inside the trailer was in a bit of a hurry and did not distribute the load properly resulting in the trailer tipping down onto the far end! Fortunately, he had been
pushing the pallet truck towards the other end at the time, rather than pulling it so he ended up on top of the load rather than being crushed by it!
It was a bit scary hearing the commotion in front of the factory and running out to find the trailer tipped up like that ...
