Is it me or is there far too much chat on sports programmes? I was going to watch the cycling but the chat went on and on and on , they could have put it on the radio and I would have probably seen more.

It is so interesting, I recommend it.

Claim Manager came today. She has negotiated that my physio is paid/billed direct to insurer now for at least 10 sessions. Consultant this week, so she is reviewing my 'questions' for the consultant about my spinal injury, to check I haven't missed anything. I've got over 2 pages....

The helicopters are starting to turn up and the roads are getting very busy, I'm happy to stay clear.

Me 'an all' I mean well done and all that but there do seem to be a lot of 'plastic' Mancs, Scousers and Cockernees that have suddenly swapped allegiance.
