Morning, today is a writing procedures kind of day. Nice to have a sit down for a change.

I found this picture we took of the Mackerel Sky the other evening.

Yesterday I was told that I was of a certain age, today the sky is black. There is no connection.

Mrs GA has done my hair since we were married, (26 years ago)and I think we are on our second set of clippers. Wahl clippers are made near us, it's what we buy, as they last forever.

It was about a little over 5 weeks ago that I posted that I took my head along to the doctor as I had a nasty spot-on top. He gave me some cream to apply for 4 weeks which made me look like Mikhail Gorbachev. After the 4 weeks I. Stopped that cream and applied a moisturiser. I am happy to say that my head is now clearing up, I wish there was one for my brain.

Bit of a lie-in, light breakfast then off for an afternoon's chatting with the lads from the other shift, and maybe a bit of work if I get time.

My Bampy (grandad) used to say that and I haven't heard it for probably nearly 30 years, thank you for making me think of him

Six manufacturing facilities, globally. Ours come from the home factory in Sterling, Illinois, home of the steel mill that still used steam engines until 1980.(Last steam engine in regular service in the States).

I am doing a survey of the pasties, the other day I bought a leek and chicken pasty for 2 pounds from a small bakery and it tasted quite nice. Today they didn't have any so I tried a larger chain of pasty peeps, theirs was a bit dearer being just chicken. I was told it was chicken and bacon and almost twice the price of my first pasty. What did it taste like, wallpaper paste and bacon. Result of this is that they have lost any future custom from me.

Not many at yoga today, people on holiday. Gave my abs a good workout though, I'm going to feel that for a few days. With there only being two of us at the end of the class we tried a couple of poses that were more advanced than the ones we do normally , I didn't know I was that flexible!
