That canal leads all the way to Rye. I wonder whether the route is rideable.

It is i am told. My plan is either this summer, or more likely next to ride from home to Rye then train it home via Ashford ( train from Rye calls at Ashford ).

I have demudded the kitchen. The garden mess from the lanscapers got everywhere. They are back on monday but i just had to clean up as it was driving me potty.

I bought some more plants on the way home. Just want to get on and plant them all now.

That's what I'm talking about. I doubt that the error caused by his going to and returning from the ISS would be as great as that produced by his stay.

I am nowhere near filling the raised bed yet let alone all the pots and planters that i plan.

I could kick myself. I left about 35 pots to the buyer of my last house because i just could not face moving them all. Now i have to buy them all again

I am managing to collect a few secondhand ones though.

They do them now every 2 years and they are quite spectacular now. Hythe has really come on and is a lovely place now.
