I haven't played croquet. Bowling, yes, as I used to live near the bowling green. But I would be remiss if I didn't say I used to enjoy baseball.

I'm watching the pilot episode of Twin Peaks.

I didn't watch it first time around as it didn't appeal.

It's an aquired taste but in the interests of fairness i may wstch a couple more to see if it warms up on me.

The blue wkd generation have got all growed up but still like saccharine drinks of unnatural hue.

Finally caught and disposed of the mouse that Sasha kindly bought into my bedroom at 3am this morning.

Two cats and it took me to point them in the right direction as i lifted the bed for them to get under.

I then managed to wrestle Henry for it.

Just over 12hrs later we are mousie fecker free

First day back.

Got very little done as the netbook I was given won't log in as it's not registered on the servers. So all the way back to my 'usual' office to locate my netbook. As expected, power supply had gone AWOL. Eventually found it. Back over to the office and had to beg and borrow for a screen and keyboard (working off a tiny netbook screen and keyboard will knacker my back). Oh, and got a tatty knackered old chair. I have complained.

Bloody useless the lot of em.
