Apparently I may be going to do another round of collecting belongings today from their university accommodation! We've still not found homes for all the other stuff we have brought back.

My black car came back from Somerset covered in thick red dust. Thankfully a great dump of rain the other day has now restored the black.

If that happens again there are alternative ways of getting rid of the dust....rather than having to wait for a rain storm

The fragrant MrsP is thoroughly fed up this morning, which is not like her at all, she wants to move to France and I think she's being serious.

I said many of the French people are just as small minded and bigoted as the Brits, only difference is we won't understand what they're saying.

Hmmm,maybe the Idiot Dog isn't such an idiot. If I tell her there's a squirrel in the garden, she races outside to tell it to geeet orf her laaand. Just tried to get her to see off the magpie. She woke up, thought about it, decided that magpie doesn't sound like squirrel and went back to sleep.

Sabor (my old GSD) used to react the same to 'Pigeon' being called, off up the garden woofing his head off.
