I sometimes get problems in very cold weather with cramp in my right calf, it usually happens when I'm on my fixed and descending at a very high cadence, unpleasant, it always seems to take forever to get stopped from around 150rpm.

It is all quiet at the moment. He was scampering around like a mad thing earlier, it's like looking after a toddler. All the scampering around is building up his skills so that when he grows up he can sleep.

One day I will learn to pack my clothes into my pannier the night before, then I would not be sat in my office with a decision to make. No underwear or cycling shorts under jeans all day

I walked in the office this morning with a big smile on my face and chanted ' Iceland, bring it on' 
There is now a heated debate amongst 2 of the guys, the other 3 are sitting back and watching them wind each other up

Jeans are fine as long as they have no holes, and we can wear tailored shorts or 3/4's in the summer. If we have clients or someone important coming in we get warned and all wear smart clothes. This is the joy of being out of London, people don't visit us so we may as well be comfy.You are allowed to wear jeans in an office

We are expected to be smart, the guys wear a tie except on a Friday, half day, no ties. One guy came in 1 Friday in a designer polo shirt and the boss walked in and gave him a dressing down for wearing a top that was only good enough for decorating, we thought it was funny he didn't, he had paid a lot of money for it
