Beautiful and sunny here but i think Pooh Bear would call it a blustery day. First time for a long time i am sitting here with the doors closed as it's a bit chilly.

Basil goes out this morning. I have a quiet cycle path to play with the gears on.

I've got the next round of prodding and poking this morning. Hope there's not too much prodding. I'm in for an ultrasound so have to go for a wee an hour before the appointment, then drink a pint and a half of water and hold it in until after they've finished.

I've got the next round of prodding and poking this morning. Hope there's not too much prodding. I'm in for an ultrasound so have to go for a wee an hour before the appointment, then drink a pint and a half of water and hold it in until after they've finished.

You have to do that full bladder thing when you are pregnant and having the scan! One time I really really overdid the liquid and they were running late.... It was agony. Then when I got in the scanning room she told me my bladder was too full and I needed to go to the loo and let out *some* not all! That was so hard when all you wanted was the relief of an empty bladder!!

So my tip.... Don't over drink!! And good luck!
