I have just finished winding 25ft of rope around part of the pergola so the cats have a scratching post.

Sasha tried to climb up one of the posts and failed whilst Henry sat at the bottom awaiting her fall with a smirk.

It's now horsing it down here but there is blue sky up there so there is hope.

Basil went out this morning. I did an 8 mile spin into town for a hair cut and a call in at the bird hide.

Gears sorted but I have got an aching lower back. I have played with the saddle to no avail

I also have a suspicion that the handlebars are too low
