Good morning to everyone.
I can't decide what to wear, it's cool and muggy atm but it's going to rain and get hot later. It's also quite breezy. I think I'll be stopping a lot; jacket on, jacket off, jacket on..

I watched Chris Froome yesterday. Awesome.

I tried to do a "Froome" on the descents today. It's really hard to pedal while you're crouched down. I could only manage one revolution.

Today I was sat on a riverbank watching a Dragon Boat competition. I started talking to a lady sat next to me, and found out that her cousin was the Norwegian Road Race Champion in 1971.

Bet he wasn't as lovely as Fabian though.

Today I have eaten very healthily, prawn sliders with Thai salad for lunch, jerk pork steaks with cauliflower couscous and salad for tea. After our meal we went out for a good long walk in the summer sun.





Then we went go the pub and I had two pints of Tiger and a packet of Quavers... never mind.

I'm having Jamaican patties for lunch this week.
