Anway I ended up with what were, in effect, deep fried king prawns with a salad of lemongrass and so on. I then had what I had down as pork belly, and that is what it turned out to be, i.e. in tiny little chunks.... Except it was buried in a large bowl of muscles (something I had failed to take into account, but luckily I will eat them), which was, interesting!
It was also the first time I had eaten muscles with chopsticks (a bit fiddly at times).
Good or bad for a first time, I don't know, but I am interested now.

sounds rather expensive. Seafood usually costs a fair bit in restaurants. Deep fried king prawns sounds delicious though!
