I have to decide between pruning the Forsythia or going for a ride.
I reached the perfect compromise!! Went for a ride then fell asleep in the garden! Result!!

For the first time for years I haven't managed to pick cherries. My parents back onto a railway line and for some obscure reason my Dad brought a cherry tree over from Northern Ireland and planted the wrong side of the hedge! This year the railway men cut it down.... so I've only got some of the wood from it!!!For the first time since I moved into this house I have managed to pick a couple of bowls of cherries before the birds got them all.
I'm going to have to go and try and find some cherry saplings if I can to grow a new one! (either beside the railway line or find the parent tree)

My big black suitcase is 25% over the weight limit, but my small blue one is 50% under. So I can't use the bag drop but have to queue. Computer can't do simple arithmetic. Computer says no.

Even more knackered than I was on Wednesday after a faster than I'm used to bike ride. Today two of us have been unpacking the large stationary order and repacking everything into individual classes plus the office, TA's etc. I need to go in the shower now as it's our end of year meal and I'd like Miss K to do my nails (which are not as neat as they could be after cleaning my bike last night!) before she goes to work.
