Although it is raining today it isn't cold, rather humid. On my way in a guy asked if I had any paracetamol, no sorry I don't carry that kind of thing, oh ok just thought I'd ask, I think I have a bit of a fever. It was 8am-he was wearing a long thick heavy coat, a ciggie in 1 hand and a can of Bud in the other- don't think he had a fever
Man flu?

Not really sure of the point.

I am the one who would have to explain to the FD :surrender:

It is TVC's project so he is responsible for requesting what he needs.

Does he need pies?

We have 3 fish in the fish pond. We also have 3 ponds. I wasn't expecting to find fish in the most stagnant pond that was seriously lacking water when we arrived. It was also full of rubbish such as batteries, solar lights complete with rechargeable batteries, pringles can and other such junk. I was down to 2 inches of water when I realised I wasn't alone.

I had to send an sos to my OH. "please bring home fish food".

Didn't half confuse him!
I'll feed them in the morning!

I think I may have discovered a new species of bird. It is called a Wood Duck, it closely resembles a Wood Pigeon and can usually found sitting in the bird bath where it can remain for hours if allowed too.
We do actually have 2 Australian wood ducks. It is an official species!

Reg wouldn't know. He won't dive in anything under 27c.

I'm doing the Way Of the Roses. So heading across to Settle and Grassington tomorrow. I see Vernon did a similar route in 2013 and wrote about it here:

https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/a-sort-of-way-of-the-roses.138491/

It's when I read Vernon's posts I realise how much I miss the guy, I hope he's sat somewhere quietly giggling at us down here. :notworthy:

Lovely. Isn't it great that we can read Vernon's posts. Have a wonderful tour @User14044. Don't forget the pictures.

Late night dip?

Is that three fish in each of the three ponds, or three fish in total then?
