My face is so sore, red and swollen from a bite /sting received whilst gardening yesterday. I didn't feel anything until I washed my face this afternoon in the shower after my bike ride. I made it to the pharmacy in Tesco just before they closed, for some Piriton.

The piriton is working and the swelling and redness is reduced. Phew.

Been at the caravan this weekend. Managed to seal one of the drain caps properly on the caravans base. The site hadn't done it and we had sewage come up a few weeks ago. Drains were jetted but it ponged when we arrived. Case of do it yourself if you want the job doing properly. Down side was it involved climbing under the caravan, and a duly got stuck with my bad back and it took me ages to get out.

Fortunately the pong has now gone.

Bad news is I've been on the settee again and the van one is hard so my busted ribs were very sore today, so I've done nothing all day. On the settee at home as struggling again tonight despite Tramadol. Up in 6 hours. Yay...

Well done but oh dear, hop you feel better today and can take it easy! Is there any way to make your setttees more comfortable? Mattress topper from Ikea maybe?

Hope your elbow pain settles quickly so that you can move about more comfortably. Have you been overdoing things!

What are you going to use it for.... Do you have a stove..... .?

Best of luck with that, I just cleared and pruned yesterday. I had to stop 3/4 of the way through and rest. I used an old worn MTB tire to bind the branches. I got finished, and then my fix-it repair guy showed up with my riding mower(used) in his truck, so I was on to cutting grass.
