1. Spatchcock poussin (probably served with Parmentier potatoes and green veg)
2. Venison and smoked bacon burgers (from my favourite butcher) served with homemade wedges and salad

I can't make my mind up. I have the fixing for both in the fridge (I just need to spatchcock the poussin).

Idiot Dog is snoring after her walk in the sunshine and I'm gearing up for an afternoon of either editing the 130 photos I took or snoring on the sofa. Absolutely knackered today.
