It mentions applying after showering but not how long to leave it after applying to having a shower. I don't want to wash the goodness off before it is absorbed! (Plus I think I've chucked out all the leaflets, though I can find about 10 all but finished tubes around the house!tis twice weekly here, it is all my OH is prepared to put up with!
As for prescription cream, I guess reading the instruction leaflet isn't an option?

It's the same here in the Lakes....a couple of hours ago the clag was so bad you couldn't see the trees on the other side of the carpark at work.
