The alarm on my phone has just gone off to tell me it's time to take one of my tablets.. I know because my Mum just rang and told me, she eventually found the phone down the side of the sofa I was sat on when I visited her earlier. I'll be going there again tomorrow then.

This morning, I'm going with a friend and his seven year old son to pick up the son's new shoes (handmade) from a shop in Exeter. I'm told there will be a cafe stop once said shoes are in the boy's possession. Cake will be consumed. Zero calories will be expended.
