Our shanks were perfect, the meat fell off the bone, the sauce was smooth and glossy with loads of flavour. The carrots were just cooked with a slight bite, the brocolli soft of stem but still holding together at the crown and the mash was velvety and buttery.
Unfortunately I'm going to have to do a @Patrick Stevens and not show you the proof because in my haste to get at it I neglected to take a picture.

Lu doesn't know it yet, but I've pencelled her in for all Sunday meals from now on.

i saw the race early version and just cracked up laughing.Rossi is a star but you really cant do that..marquez will be scared for life after his idol done him over.. great race upto that point..
