Yuk! And I don't suppose it was easy to get back to sleep afterwards either!

I didn't sleep. Sympathy was lacking initially... I'm rather tired now.
We actually don't know if I'm allergic to wasp strings. In theory I should be because I reacted badly to bring bitten by a snake many years ago and was told that if you reacted badly to wasp & bee stings...

Ironically my allergy testing has come through for the middle of January which is the date currently set for leaving the country assuming everything happens to plan today!

The neighbour involved, behind me, called the police and they informed him that they were his property and I had to legally return them to him.
He was less than impressed at being told this, taking it out on the female officer who'd told him.

We've done some research, and in practice, you're only legally required to offer to return anything.
