What the hell the neighbours must be thinking, I know not. They have been subjected to High Flying Birds for the last fortnight and suddenly I go all Elvis on them

I just spent 30 minutes on the turbo! I can honestly say that this is the first New Year's Eve I've climbed on the indoor bike and I can also honestly say I'm not really sure why I did it.
