I discovered last night that a beer following a couple of tramadol enhances the painkilling properties... having just taken a couple more, I'm contemplating a beer for an early breakfast.

Ok a 3 mile walk, no afternoon nap yesterday , a night at the cat grand prix and i am officially cream crackered.

I have the RSPCA coming to do a home visit today as i have decided to get a kitten .

I think i have lost the plot , large

It's very grey here. Apparently lunchtime should see torrential rain on the beach.

Oh well here we go.

Its -3 here in Denmark today. I have just poured a big block of ice out of the bird bath and refillen it with very warm, almost hot water, to give the birds a chance.

It is blowing a gale and so wind chill will be about -7. But it is dry and not too dark. Jannie and I are just going out for a 10 miler with a coffee break at half way. I have been putting on too much gear recently but I will be double polar buffing today, thats for sure.

The rains arrived, looks like my first ride of the year will be Tuesday.

Yes, my second ride is cancelled, instead we will get the waterproofs on and go for a good long walk via a coffee shop.

Just passed the home visit from the RSPCA with flying colours and a new kitten will be joining the clan on Saturday
