I am currently off work with chronic fatigue and finding it difficult to read or concentrate for any length of time which is heartbreaking for me as an avid reader but i am still buying books for when i am well again.

Hope you get over it soon, I normally get the same as part of the suite of MS symptoms during an attack - sometimes just that on its own too. Radio, many snoozes and an easy chair for the duration, back to it as soon as you can.

stiff neck back of head and a all over headache..some say its like waiting for a cold to start..
Ive felt a bit dizzy too..3 days now with varying degrees of headache..pain
i gt migreins but this is not like them..

Ok, thanks. I'll see what happens next. I was just curious as I didn't know there was a headache bug going around.

I went out for two bike rides today..One longish, and one shortish.
Really not sure what was going on, but I didn't get wet, and I didn't get blown on either of them!!

This afternoon I booked return flights to south Korea for 2 of our guys and a seat on a National Express for 1, what a palava but all done
