Same in Manchester - not lying. Off out to try a small walk as part of my recovery. Via the pub ! It's Friday.

Great to hear. Enjoy.

Nothing, they are feeling hurt. I expect those complaining were not involved in what ever it was.
Yep, exactly that.
The point is that the Tea thread was no different to here.
Thread heading not too literal, a community that sort of gathered together and posted frankly bonkers stuff for fun and giggles. Like, not like, ignore, pass over and move on, all part of normal internet life.

Now, because of that post everyone who posted regularly in that thread is perhaps seen as a 'Tea member' and a possible 'plotter' and not just a CC member like everyone else.

There have been squabbles in there of course, same as there have been thinly veiled insults in other parts of the forum about 'the Tea thread' with their own little cliques.
To think that anyone in there may be categorised like that, by being of a particular thread or forum section preference, demeans the whole.
I said my piece in the thread, personally I don't think it was handled well and I have felt more jaunty.

I had scrambled eggs for lunch.

I came home early from work as youngest summerling was ill.... Well I think they are recovering a little, though they haven't eaten much for lunch other than a few breadsticks, they have started muttering about tea. Original intention was going to be bangers and mash, but then I was going to swap that for a simple soup, but I've been informed that actually bangers and mash are a good recovery meal, and is it tea time!
