Oh dear! I've discovered I have gone past my best before date!

39 miles. 38 deg. 1700 ft of ascent. As just said to @Hill Wimp , this peasant is revolting and refusing to do the planned 70 miles tomorrow,on the grounds that it will actually be way over 80.

On a happier note..... I have beer

The crocus are in full bloom on the lawn, and the daffodils ( the swear filter wasn't involved there) are ready to open in the back garden.

We have daffs starting to flower too. Weird.

Mind you some of us dressed like this in 78 and still do today, although my 78 'Lancer' style leather is a bit tight these days I still wear it sometimes.

I was just doing some of my fabulous patented disco moves in the line at the pharmacy yesterday, due to the music playing on the store speakers. Mrs. GA explained to the pharmacist that "Once they get past a certain age, they start to lose self-control."

More my style back then. Better suited to the University . Cheaper, too. And I just switched to Doc Martins when styles changed. Leather jacket still holding up, although on someone else now that I weigh more for the past few decades.
