Lu and I are both full of cold, not impressed, we are supposed go be seeing Johnny Vegas tonight.

She doesn't work Friday because she looks after her grandchildren, they also go to nursery and pick up every germ going, pass it to grandma who then spreads it around at work.

Be grateful you don't commute into London. When I stopped travelling on commuter trains my health improved!

I had zucchini cake today. Never seen or heard of it before, but it took my fancy in the café (Feel Good Cafe, West Wickham).

It was lovely.

On the train home after a good cultural piefest with @vernon and @rockymoumtain.

First we hit the Wellcome Collection for coffee and a couple of exhibitions which i thoroughly enjoyed. I took this to frighten us all into keep turning those pedals

Then we had steak and kidney pie and chips , on honour of Potsy at the Bree Louise where Rocky posed with his monacle

and Vernon drank sparkling water .

however it was aftet a pint of very strong strawberry cider

I have now left the two pensioners loose in a bar in St Pancras. I take no further responsibility for their behaviour but can say i had a great day and look forward to the next meet up wherever that may be

She has at least 4 colds a year, always comes in, spreads her germs. She doesn't put her hand to her mouth when she coughs nor does she blow her nose-she sniffs all bl**dy day long.
