No, The local shop has not run out of Bourbons because i have bought and scoffed them all, Apparently there is a bourbon biscuit shortage at the moment and there wont be any for months. Ill just have to start eating custard creams instead

I seem to have collected rathet a lot of shells again so i have come off the beach and am supping peppermint tea.

Just back from UCH. What a brilliant Hospital, the nurses and Dr's are absolutely fabulous I can't praise them enough.
I don't want to put you off your lunch, but a camera on a long tube was involved.

Just took Puma for a walk (in the style of those little dogs that get carried everywhere) we were chatting to the neighbour while she was filling up the bird feeders, a robin came right up to us so was obviously not intimidated by OAP cat one bit 
I am now stopping procrastinating and going to get my bike out, sun is still shining so I must take advantage.
