Mr Jayaly can now ride a bike, courtesy of the good people at Watford Cycle Hub. However, from his complaints, it seems I will have to spend some time seeking old threads on the art of gentlemanly saddle comfort.

I sifted my cornflakes though a colander this morning to get rid of all the little dusty bits that accumulate when the box is nearly finished...
I do this with rice crispness and bran flakes as well.
It's not worth doing it with shredded wheat though.
