I'm preparing apples before the wind and slugs get them.... It's a cooking morning what with it being gloomy and damp

This thread has triggered my bacon urges and set my mind on plotting a rather indulgent breakfast. And now my mind's nose can smell coffee. I'm going to have to get out of the armchair.

I had a pre-emptive strike and had a gammon steak for breakfast before Potsy posted his angst.

Regardless of the 25mph southerly, general dampness and and grey skies I'm going out for a walk to see the birdies, having had my sugar-free muesli and natural yoghurt () for brekky.
My favourite cafe in Topsham should sort me out with a nice chocolate cake and a hot chocolate - for balance of course.

It turned out to be a twenty minute fix and I discovered a new use for my airbrush.
