Good news bad news.
Good news is,good old NHS tell me i need another hearing test,and i need new hearing aids.Great news Eight week wait,no problem.

Bad news Postman is so big,he cannot find a novelty Christmas jumper to fit in Leeds Market.Chap said more are coming in during December,and that's before a three course meal.

It was actually mine as a child, lived at my grandparents home. there are photos of me on it as a very young child. But I can't say it got a lot of use from me, I out grew it quite quickly.

Goldilocks is more than welcome to come and use it, once I have repaired it. It is fascinating taking the old seagrass off it and setting how the person who did it did it. I have already picked up a couple of useful tips from it! But I will have to wait for the correct size seagrass rope to arrive, more a seagrass string! I need 3mm not the 4.5mm stuff I have. Oh and can you let Goldilocks know that I'm moving house soon... Date is still not known but...

Remember having to make one at school. Though come to think of it, it had to be remade after I brought it home as I'd not made too good a job. My mother tells me it is in her garage, oh the ignominy.

Yes indeed. She won the best new song in the 2013 Radio Two folk awards. I reckon that the trio are a product of the Newcastle University folk music degree course. There's an edginess that is present in other musicians' work that have graduated from there.

The gig was a 'twilight gig' at the Howard Assembly Rooms in Leeds. Started at 17:45 finished 18:45 and costed a fiver. A bargain.
