I love cats, we used to have them when I was a kid.

About six months ago we got a smaller version of Lu.'s cat from a rescue. After a week though we had to give it back as my little girl was allergic to her.

Tempting.

We've got two local cats that are my mates anyway.

There's Dandy Desmond over the road, who's really called Tilly, but I still call her Desmond as that's what we christened her before they adopted her when she was stray.

Next door to Tilly is mad cat, a kitten that's absolutely loopy, it spends half it's time climbing trees in our garden, and the other half jumping up at the window of the girl opposite tormenting her house cat.

That's worse than me... I've less than two weeks to mine! Means that mulled wine always plays a part in my celebrations!

We had one in the post today from relatives who have no excuse. The string isn't going up for at least 2 weeks.

I have made a start on writing some just to assess the stamp situation. Nothing going up for at least a week.
