Before I went off to Uni and the rest of my life, I lived in a fenland village on the A52 between Boston and Skeg. At this time of year, even the locals don't go anywhere near Skeg - especially if there's an easterly blowing (other than for a bracing dog walk to clear a hangover, or similar!) - but it's westerly this weekend so I suspect you'll be OK - just.......! My wife refused to go to see my parents between September and May on account of the chilly gales from the N Sea (and their lack of effective central heating!)
