I made some bruschetta for my wife's lunch. I made do with some tomato on toast myself.

Made 4x steak & kidney pudding, one for my lunch.

Mother Nature has overdosed on the sprouts today. I was watching some rather lovely tree surgeon chopping up a tree blown down by the wind today.

It was Wythenshaw, anyway, home now. The welder thought I was supposed to take a full batch of parts which is why he said 4pm. When everyone worked out only half the qty was needed urgently I managed to get away for 1.30pm and slip in a sneaky vsit to The Cheshire Smokehouse. Smoked duck, quality bacon, some blacksticks and wild garlic yarg are in the fridge. It's going to be a good christmas.

I just opened a letter from the DWP telling me that they've stopped my benefit because I didn't attend a work capability assessment interview. I'm not going to worry about it too much, mostly because I'm not claiming anything.

Yeh, I got one like that when I was unemployed once. They weren't giving me anything anyway.
