I'm going the whole hog and we'll be pigging out on bacon, black pudding, two types of sausage, eggs, mushrooms, beans and homemade chips.

It's likely to be the only meal of the day and we are happy to wait until this evening when we hope our that appetites have returned.

Back from a nice four mile walk along the Soar Valley, warm and dry today. We are now drinking beetroot, stawberry and banana juice and will have a light mushroom ravioli soon.

Walked my son's dog. The field was very muddy, especially the lower parts by the canal. Well I walked, he ran after the ball, and doubled his usual output. Always a problem when the grass is long.
