Snap - got one too, but not used it. Wasn't expecting 6 weeks plus in hospital.

Nope, it would blow the battery up. Far to much charge.

On the local news today Biffa were being slated for not collecting all the recycling, in their defence they said it was because there was so much extra due to Christmas, well duh! More staff and overtime would have sorted it, they are out today finishing what they started on Tuesday.

I've made some spiced carrot and lentil soup and some spinach and lentil dahl. Both are delicious.

I also use them on my motorbikes,
But I stick the solar panelsi in the window.

This afternoon I did my first turbo trainer session for about five years, base training. An hour in the shed with a head full of Judas Priest watching the heart monitor bounce keeping the heartrate between 115-120bpm.

Unfortunately other things kept me in, in the end I found an hour to spare so jumped on the new turbo to try it out.

I did an hour this morning as well, haven't got a fancy heart monitor though, I'm not sure I'd want to know...
I do cadence pyramid based routines mainly, I tend to do turbo when I'm a bit too wobbly to trust my balance out on the roads. Keeps me trim too.. ahem.
