i bought a bell from hong kong off ebay because it looked cool. It cost £1.50 including delivery. it is rubbish!
Missus apb spray painted part of it so it looks less rubbish. won't be doing that again. i reckon it will last 2 months.

High winds and showery forecast. Trainer session in the shed for safety.
Apart from the trainer session the most difficulty involved then is facing a strong headwind walking back to the house afterwards.

Its been a hard ride out, stronge headwind most of the way, but I seem to have got my timing right, the first proper shower started as I rolled up to the cafe, theres been a suprising number of cyclists out today.

Deary me, I bought what I thought was a tiger loaf yesterday in Sainsbury's. It turns out it's a giraffe loaf. I really must brush up on my bread safari skills.

I bought a safari grill the other day, didn't add to my safari skills at all, although I'm now hunting for 4 pieces of newspaper to grill a whole meal with, or some such thing. If only it would stop snowing.

At least you can stand in yours. I have 4 bikes in mine and its hard to be able to stand up.
