I appear to have taken over the ownership of a car because the insurance for having different keeper and owner is ridiculously expensive. I don't want a car, though, and the pain of doing the documents and paying for new tax on an already taxed vehicle, is making me quite lethargic, almost delinquent.

Mind, I have been considering buying a solar charger for the car. Maybe @User19783 can confirm that I can still charge the battery via the cigarette lighter socket when it's not active?

The panel comes with two leads, one for the cigarette socket and one for the battery,.(clips)

When I use the Cigarette socket, I then can use the radio without the ignition on?? ?
So I plug straight onto the battery.

It was simply to confirm whether the trickle charge still worked via the cig socket when the car was unattended. It appears to be inactive without keys in the ignition, I was simply concerned about whether the circuit was still working. (Don't want to be fiddling around running cables to the car battery from the dashboard.)

My Mum gave me a set of socks with the days of the week embroidered on them for Christmas. How we laughed.

Later I'm due to go and visit her so I'm wearing a black one with Monday and a grey one with Friday on it.
It's odd and it's wrong and it's really going to mess with her OCD something chronic.

Glorious sunset driving down the A12 at twenty past four, wish I could have taken a photo, but not at 70mph though.
