I worked in a factory last week that supplied restaurants with prepared veg, including different types of peeled and sliced potatoes.
The square cut ones like that were in 1kg shrink wrapped bags, the label on the bag said Jenga chips.

With the amount you normally get given you could clean up the crime scene in about thirty seconds.
I was staying in a hotel near Berwick a few years ago and ordered partridge, when it came I took one look at the plate and immediately ordered an extra portion of chips.

I've just finished Lentils Madras for a late lunch. Some for tomorrow, as well. I also got some colby cheese at the market. My Fathers' admonition to eat colby cheese was only followed by me after his passing, by some years. Funny how human tastes change with age.

Sorry I'm late sir.... I'm still in bed!Wow that's an early start, for everyone including the caretaker! My next door neighbour is one of the staff and he normally heads out at 7:15 to open up the school and do what ever they door to get it ready for everyone's arrival a bit later.
