I wouldn't mind but I can see Frinton, on a clear day, from the end of the prom! 40 miles by road.

Ta. But I'm not sure I've got the idea of uncheddared cheddar quite clear in my mind yet.

It is rather creamier than cheddar, and has a sort of mild nutty taste. Less buttery than brie, and more flavorful. But not as sharp as even a mild cheddar.
