I got some serious digs in my ribs from Mrs Vernon, a Liverpool FC fanatic, when Liverpool lost and I'm not even from Leicester.

Liverpool FC started a punch up in a nice hotel we were staying at. I'm even more prejudiced against them than other football teams.

Hmmmm.... Thick pastry and not much gravy. The reason there wasn't any gravy is because it was rammed full of meat. A good taste but a bit dry, would suit as a football pie because it has the structural strength and solid filling to stand being eaten by hand out of its tray. 6/10 not as tasty as their wild boar sausages.

I am gutted for TVC. His pies had loads of visual appeal but failed to deliver.

Don't feel sorry for me, it's the farmers market tomorrow where my dealer will supply very tasty pies and pasties.
