We have got a remote thermostat, you have to be careful not to put a cup of hot tea or coffee next to it otherwise your house will get very cold.

My new birdy friend has been busy today, I've just filled up the feeder so hopefully he/she will be well fed later.

Now I know I have given the impression of being a keen twitcher but I'm not really, I am assuming it is a Robin?

Just found out that what we had taken to calling the fcuk-you bird is a tokay gecko. And subsequently found that US soldiers in Vietnam called it the fcuk-you lizard

I'm working at my desk in the sunshine... I've just had to open the window it's that lovely out there... soooooo much better than yesterday. (And I'm also being stared at by birds complaining their feeders are empty.... but I need to pop out to the shops to get refills!
