Best I can do on the beach front

Strong south winds today, and the temp already up to about 5C. It may get to 10C or so today.

Sounds like you have a great instructor who knows you well.
I need to listen to the instructions and watch to be able to follow! Because the moves are usually slow and we do a few repeats, I can keep up. Whereas, on the rare occasions when I have tried an exercise class or something with fast music, I can't keep up at all.
We have a great atmosphere in our class and our instructor knows all our strengths and weaknesses. When she goes round helping or correcting us we're pleased if she goes past us to 'pick on' someone else.

That was my problem, my first teacher was excellent, she taught Yoga, she didn't take an exercise class, I tried another instructor and her class was an exercise class not a yoga class even though she called it a yoga class.

It's hit 9c today so far with a very light and warm southerly.

On my walk along the beach i seemed to have accumulated a lots of shells. Now just got to craft them into some bits of other work and my lovely friend Ruth picked this up for me from the beach. My plan is to add bits of glass to the middle and have it in the garden.

See if there is a beginner Pilates class to try. Good for strength and mobility.

I've spent an hour on the turbo with a head full of cream. A few years ago I got the cream reunion gig at the Albert Hall DVD, I ripped it to the computer then ripped the sound track out of it as a MP3 and put it in my music folder and on my MP3 player. So this afternoon I was ripping out the intervals with a head full of live cream.
