I'm trying to decide what to cook.... I have home made stock and bacon.... And spinach, and watercress.... Some fresh bread.... Just got to decide which to use and how to combine them!

I must admit that's the way I'm heading... It would be easy if I didn't have the picky teen to cater for, the bacon might just make the vegetables more acceptable.

Yep, with chicken, bacon, mushroom, peas, egg and a spicy sauce. The king of fried rices.

Glad you've cleared that up......I thinking that it was clever how you managed to get 'Copyright' written across the eggs.

Oh yeah. I'm not having a good evening am I. Nearly bed time I think.

Anyway, two more sleeps. That's if I can still count.

As it's Friday it was a chippy treat day, small meal deal of sausage, chips and curry sauce, with a Vimto to wash it down with

Mushroom Risotto with a Chicken breast stuffed with Philly cheese and wrapped in Proscuitto then baked in the oven.

Went a bit mad making soup with the soup maker. Cream of Mushroom, Vegetable and Thai Chicken, oh and a roast dinner cooked. You can tell I'm bored.

One tip, don't overfill a soup maker above the 'soup max' line. After cooking it goes into blend mode. Unfortunately, it decided to deposit Mushroom soup all over the worktop and floor

Mine meal turned into a carrot and chickpea soup with some various additions of sweet potato etc and bacon on top.... Baby Summerling objected to soup again (we had some at the weekend), Mr Summerdays voiced his disappointment that there wasn't enough for seconds
