It's windy here in Normal. I may be on the backside of the big snowstorm that is going to hit Wisconsin. It is much warmer here, so I may get rainstorms. My seed starts of tomatoes and peppers will get to be outside today. Hardening off, as it were. Nearly 100% germination rate.

Car's back and A-OK. Found the split in the intake pipe and have glued and sealed it - if it doesn't hold (it will) I'll order a new pipe after Easter.

NHS Physio was a waste of a morning - took the bus, waited ages in hospital, in and out in 5 mins. Some more stretches to do. Walked back to Stockport for the car, so another 2-3 mile walk today.

I've just cleaned my car, after clearing the back garden yesterday morning and doing three trips to the tip the wildlife count so far is three, 2 snails and a woodlouse.

Mrs R bought a really expensive rug for our living room. I've just discovered I'm seriously allergic to it. I've rolled it up and put it in the hallway. She's not going to be v pleased when she gets back.

If it's you or the rug I'm sure Vernon will let you sleep on Fenton's sofa.

The tadpoles seem to have worked themselves up into a lather when I visited them earlier this afternoon. Some of the tadpoles are like smaller versions and are leaving the main group and are venturing out into the pond.
