It was, most of the places with vegetarian Chinese food are, though.Best spring rolls in town. (Indian takeaway is closest to the trail by bicycle, though)

I have no idea what the weather is like I did a quick 5 minute cycle dash todrop small people off at school and have been ensconced with Big Bad doing its donk donk donk on new designs of embroidery, and lots of towelling whichi s slowly turning into wearable mermaid tails... there is towelling fluff everywhere... Sons of Anarchy is on in the background... and I need a wee & coffee

Been out for another 14 miles on the canal and trail, even treated myself to an ice cream.

Went a bit further up the canal than I have been before, last time it was a very rough muddy surface, looks like they have upgraded it a bit.

Getting a bit too far North for comfort

Got hissed at by a protective mummy, looking after her baby egrets

Just back from a lovely 54 miles in the , a bit first thing but it warmed up nicely and by the time I left the cafe I was over dressed. lovely flying out with the tail wind but a right old slog back into the wind. I crossed the main road at Shrewley and just after I was passed by a car, a dozen yards up the lane the car stopped, when I got closer I could see Mr and Mrs duck crossing the road.
